everyday i aim between 1200-1700 calories with healthy foods. fruits, veggies, lean meat, healthy fats, no junk food. occasionally a square of dark chocolate. i am 21 years old, female, and i weigh about 200 pounds, so i have a lot to lose. if i eat in that range, will that be a healthy amount of calories? usually i go to the gym a few times a week and walk/jog on the treadmills but for the next couple weeks i wont be able to do that. i dont want to go into starvation mode.
