Vampire Diaries vs Twilight?

I am personally obsessed with the vampire diaries and twilight is ok but vampire diaries just beats it........I like the idea that they have kept the idea of real vampires rather then sparkling ones but which one do u think is better?????and when will the season 3 come on dvd and is there chance of season 4?????
