How come i dont see results of my butt workouts?
Hello, I was wondering how come i can't see results of my butt workouts? I'm tall like 5ft 11 inches and im 16 and im trying to tone up my whole body and ive been doing butt workouts since january and i've been doing 3 sets of 20 reps of squats with 5 pound dummbells in each hand and 3 sets of 20 reps of kickbacks. Im also trying to lose a bit of my belly fat im no fat its flat but it has a little bit of fat because i was really fat back then. Is it because i dont eat a lot? Is that the reason why i don't see results? Cause this is all i eat during the whole day: Morning: Cereal and 2 glasses of water. Lunch: Nothing cause i have school and sometimes i just eat some snacks. Dinner: i eat what my mom cooks and then i workout. And thats it. I drink a lot of water like a lot. Sometimes i eat like 2 -3 cookies during the night cause i get hungry but im mainly focusing to eat healthy but i don't want to lose weight from other parts. so please help me out. thanks. :D
