I need help on how to lose some extra fat?
Hello, I've been struggling for like 2 years of how to lose my belly fat, love handles, and i also want to lift up my butt. To start off I'm 16 years old, I weight 150.6 pounds and I'm 5ft. 10 and a half inches tall. When i was little i was really fat and short. But when i turned 14 i decided to lose weight because my parents where going to do me a sweet 16 party and i wanted to wear a dress to look good on it. I used to weight like 183 pounds when i was 10-14 years old. When i turned 15 i worked out for like 1 hour 3 times a week and i lost 50 pounds in total. Right now I'm having trouble with my workouts and diets, well i really don't want to diet because that really doesn't work. The problem is that I've been working out since January-April and im trying to workout all this year but i dont see any results. I want to lose some belly fat, I'm not fat i just have a little bit of fat but its hard for me to lose it and i also want to lose my love handles, And i've been doing workouts for my butt with weights. I workout 2 hours each day except for Sunday's. I do 3 sets of 20 reps of squats with 5 pound dumbbells in each hand. I also do the kickbacks 3 sets of 20 reps and for my arms and legs i do 3 sets of 20 reps for every single workout. Then I run in place for 20 minutes. And i'm wondering why i dont see any results. By the way I've heard a lot of people that i need to eat proteins but i don't want like what i could eat because i only drink milk in the morning, for lunch i dont eat nothing cause i have school, and when i go home i eat dinner, then when im hungry i eat a little bit of cookies like 1 or 2. And some other snacks. The only thing is that i don't want to eat less because i dont want to lose weight from other parts because im going to look so ugly being tall and super skinny. I just want help on what can i do to see results fast? And if i do butt workouts will it become flat? because that's what i dont want. It would be really nice of you if you could find me a workout planner for my age and to reach my goals, and a list of things of what should i eat during the day. I appreciate your help.! Thanks :)
