I have been working hard to lose weight. I was told the lowest calorie intake that a person can go is 1200. That's not a problem with me. I usually have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2-3 snacks and still keep it this low. The problem is, after exercising, my daily calorie intake will be less than 1000. Is that ok? I don't want to go into starvation mode. But I don't know what else to eat because after eating all day, I'm not hungry for any more food.
