How to stop 'dieting' for good?

What you should realize first is that not eating won't make you skinny, but unhealthy. Then, as cheesy as it sounds, try to learn to love your body as it is right now. Get it in your head that exercising will give you the body you want. From personal experience (I'm 17), the more I hated my body, the more I tried not to eat things and felt worse about myself and my choices. Once I started to accept myself and love the way I already looked, it was just a matter of shaping up to make myself look even better. You'll only see good results if you see yourself positively (:
