Is this healthy? Am I doing enough to lose weight?

I am working out everyday. I try to consume 1550 calories I then spend 3 hours in the gym. I have been doing 1.5 hours on elliptical machines burning 1200 calories, 1.5 hours lifting weights, then 30 mins doing HIIT with wind sprints. I am trying to avoid my body going into starvation mode. Any advice?
