How risky is it to throw a kickback party?

My parents will be out of town for a whole week, so one of the days I was planning to have a kickback party at my house. There wouldn't be too many people, 15 tops. There would be alcohol and if one of my friends come, definitely weed. I want to host one, but at the same time, am really nervous, not about the alcohol, but about the weed because that's kind of serious. So, I jsut wanted some opinions as to if it's worth the risk, how to avoid getting caught, and whatnot. Much appreciation! :)
