starving yourself is NEVER a good idea no matter how obese you are. When your body goes into starvation mode it will start eating muscle and you will actually start storing fat to keep yourself from dying. that's how serious it is. I don't know how with all your exercise and healthy eating you could still be overweight like that... you should just try cutting down on portions, drinking more water to help metabolism (and make you feel more full) and exercise even more, try every day, with a lot of aerobics and stuff too.
