Questions about my BMW 335IS?

I just bought a 2011 e90 BMW 335IS 7 speed automatic. I am having some issues and I was hoping an owner of this car or similar could help. First of all...The radio sounds like it is cutting in and out like its a scratched CD. Second, I haven't had a bmw before, so maybe this is how the tranny's are, but i feel like it is shifting really hard, like it throws me back and forward which is a good thing, but it seems like its having kickback in the exhaust, like something is constricting the air.....Since this is the N54 twin turbo, is this all normal? The air conditioning gets stronger and lighter with air pressure coming out of the vents as well....I don't know if its all from some programming issue I have heard they have been recalling or what. Any ideas?
