What are some good superpower books or tv shows?

I have been having some troubles finding books and tv shows with superpowers. No I don't want that vampire crap, or supernatural powers. I want a book where they have real ligit powers. Like the powers that include telekenisis, teleporting, and others. So far I have only found books I have either read, or just not been interested in. Please help! I really love super powers. I am a geek when it comes to it! I am willing to try many different types of super power books. I don't care if they have tights! Just a super powered novel. But please no Superman comic books and stuff like that. That's not quite what I am looking for. Thank you very much!!!!!!! I hope you give me the answers I am looking for.
