What to feed a 5 week old kitten?

Mama had abandoned a five week old kitten, her brother died of starvation and she was malnourished. Shes eating kitten canned food and drinking water, every once in a while she'll nibble on some dry kitten food, but does she still need milk? And if so, do i need to bottle feed her or just put it in a bowl? What kind of milk should I get her? Anything else I need to know?
