Will this Diet and Workout plan work? Or would it be crash dieting?
So I currently weigh 163 pounds after having a baby 6 months ago. My goal is to get to 130, and then after I'll set a new goal to get to 118. So I plan on eating 1200 calories a day, and going to the gym 6 days a week. I want to do 60 minutes on the elliptical trainer, and 30 minutes on the step machine, which has another 30 minute cool down period. Thats a total of 2 hours of cardio everyday. Plus circuit training added on to that, maybe about 20 minutes or so. So will this work? I dont want my body to go into starvation mode and gain it all back? Ive eaten between 1100-1300 calories a day the last couple months, and have lost 20 pounds. Any suggestions or advice? I want to lose weight fast and am willing to push myself to get there!
