Does he like me or was he drunk?

We were at a kickback the other night, and were both kinda drunk and he was really flirty. Like putting his head on my shoulder, running into me, dancing with me and making faces at me, and I thought it was going well since I like him too. But yesterday, he was more reserved. We talked but there was no flirtation. He said we needed to hang out more and asked what I was doing later this week, during a time I'm busy unfortunately, but yeah. Alcohol makes people horny but drunk actions are sober thoughts so I can't tell if he is actually interested or if it's only the alcohol.
