I do my *** work out every second day, doing 3 sets of 16 reps. I do side step up, step up, cross over step ups, kickbacks, side kickbacks, standing kickbacks, butt bridges, lunges, one leg dead lifts, and squats. All using 10lbs weights. And I also drink critical mass protein, to help with my muscle mass. Would this help build my bum? Or know any better ideas to builld my butt bigger.
